Please note: glasses and small accessories require at least 8cm size to print properly. Thin floating objects such as canes or long sticks cannot be printed. Very fine or unsupported details may be simplified for durability.

How it works  

1. Upload your photo 

Upload a clear, front-facing photo of the person. Good lighting and no heavy filters will give the best result.

2. Place your order 

Choose your figurine size option and complete checkout.  

3. Design & production (around 3-4 weeks) 

Our team will create a cartoon 3D-style design based on your photo and craft your custom figurine. The full production process usually takes around 3 weeks.  

4. Shipping 

Once your figurine is finished, we carefully package it and ship it to you. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.  

Production time  

  • Estimated production time: about 3 weeks (does not include shipping time).  
  • Please place your order early if you need it for a special date (birthday, anniversary, etc.).
